Short version: economist by training, analyst by temperament.
I’m Elia. I study economics with a focus on quantitative finance, and I am drawn to problems where the data has to be rebuilt before it can be trusted.
Most of my work sits between econometrics and the data it depends on: variance decomposition, spatial models, and, lately, the finance function of a European blockchain conference.
